*Ice break time (5 things about myself)

I love waatching British series 'Miranda'. 

I love green tea. I didn't order it this time just because I prefer bitter green tea but this place doesn't have.

I have been to New Zealand for working holiday for a year.

My name is Dasom. It means love as a traditional meaning. It is pure Korean. (I don't remember what I said and what he said about it.)

I love writing diary and memo. As you see, I am using it now.

 

*If you had the chance to have a superpower like Elsa, what type of superpower would you like to have and how would you use your power?

At the begining, I was thinking of 'Teleport' which I can move to my best place. It coudl be the place where I want. But alomost people was talking about same thing. And I just poped up the magic which I can have people like me. For example, I can have very handsome guy likes and loves me. Does is sound sutpid? For me, not really haha!

 

*Before I die...

I would like to have a speech about my life or career in front of audience and I would like to do it in English. Well, Korean as well but at first it could be English.  

 

*Useful Phrases of the day [Put out]

내가만든 예; I am sorry to putting you out. ...

보통 bother 을 주로 썼는데 put out이 귀찮게하다는 의미가 있을줄이야!!!! 좀 유용하게 잘 써먹어야겠다.

 

*Note

zit ; a pimple on the skin (고름, 다래끼로도 쓰일수 있음, 실제 의학용어는 어려우니까 zit이라고 통용해서 쓴다고 한다!)

->I had a zit on my eyes. (이렇게 해서 다래끼가 났다고 의역할수 있지않을까 싶다.)

eyepatch ; a patch worn to protect an injured eye (쉬운단어로 만들어진건데 '안대'하면 딱 안떠오를 수도 있을법한 단어!!)

chicky ; funny, good, okay, cool (슬랭인데, 재밌고 쿨한 의미로 쓰이는듯하다)

as much time as possible ; 가능한 많은 시간!

아무래도 첫시간이라서 서로 어색하니까 걱정많이 했는데, 서로 알아가는 시간을 가져서 좋았다. 덕분에 몇가지 단어들도 배우고! 혼자서 영어로 그렇게 중얼거리는데 역시나 처음보는 사람들하고 영어로 얘기하려고 하니까 좀 긴장되긴 했다. 그래도 영어를 잘 쓴?하루는 언제나 기분이 좋다~~ 심지어 선생님 말따라하는것도 재밌고, 말할때 가끔 유용한? 문장이라던가 그런게 있어서 그런거 메모해뒀다가 연습해서 쓰면 좋을듯하다.

쌤이 노래를 추천해주는데 그 중에 Older by Sasha Sloan 이 곡을 가사와 유용한 표현을 알려줬다. 안그래도 나도 이 곡이 추천해준것중에 가장 좋았고 가사가 책처럼 긴문장이랄까? 뭔가 간단하게 떨어지는 그런 느낌이 아니어서 문법적으로 배우면 혹은 익혀두면 좋겠다 생각했었다. 덕분에 따로 찾아서 공부하지않고 주신걸로 공부하면 되겠다 ㅋㅋ  

끝나기전에 게임을 했는데, 그것도 재미있었다. 게임 이름 까먹음 ㅠㅠ 영어 단어 만드는건데!! 뭐였지.. 어쨌든 첫날이라 기대되고 만족했고 또 반대로 조금 부족한점도 있었겠지만 일단 다음수업도 참여해볼 예정이다!
